Shipping and Delivery policy

At BookYourCaravan, we strive to provide a smooth and efficient process for booking and delivering caravans to our valued customers.

1. Booking Confirmation:

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS, including your caravan details, pickup/delivery location, booking date, and rental period.

  • All bookings are confirmed only after the full or partial payment, as per the selected payment plan, has been processed through our secure payment gateway in compliance with RBI guidelines.

  • Please ensure that all details entered during the booking process, including name, contact information, and travel dates, are accurate to avoid delays or errors in delivery.

2. Shipping (Delivery) Process:

  • Delivery Location: Caravans will be delivered to the designated pickup point as per the booking details. You can either pick up the caravan from our depot or choose a home delivery option (if available in your region).

  • Delivery Time: The caravan will be made available on the date and time specified in your booking confirmation. Customers must arrive at the designated pickup location on time. Any delays caused by the customer may result in additional fees or a cancellation as per our cancellation policy.

  • Required Documentation: Before delivery, customers are required to present a valid government-issued ID, their booking confirmation, and, where applicable, the driver’s valid driving license.
